Morgan and Tim’s Pinehurst engagement session at the Village Arboretum

When I think of Morgan and Tim’s Pinehurst engagement session two things immediately come to mind. The first is, OMG that light is INSANE! and the second is that was so much FUN.

I could tell right from the first that Morgan and Tim were a couple who liked to have fun together and it really shines in their engagement photos. After we got over the initial “I don’t like having my photo taken” and “What do I do with my hands?” jitters these two were absolute rock stars. This Pinehurst engagement was romantic, it was dramatic, we told jokes and talked about getting sucked into watching weird nerd stuff on social media… No one fell in any streams. All around this engagement session was a big success 🙂

I usually start my engagement sessions by taking a few photos of the engagement ring. I heard some giggling behind me and when I asked what I was missing Morgan and Tim told me that they saw Shrek and Fiona walking through the park! I totally missed it so I guess that’s what I get for being too focused on my work.

I often get asked about whether or not there will be time in a standard one hour engagement photography session for more than one outfit as people plan what to wear for their engagement photos. As you can tell from Morgan and Tim’s photos we had plenty of time for an outfit change! Having more than one outfit allows us to get an even bigger variety of images for your Pinehurst engagement.
