My favorite thing about CrossFit is how challenging it is, every single day. Also- in addition to it being so difficult every day, I get super nervous before every WOD, every day! Never underestimate a WOD!!
I am most proud of my rope climbs! I’ve never climbed a rope before CrossFit, and have been working on it for a few months now. Plus I’m scared of heights so it’s not only difficult but scary.
My favorite lifts are anything that involves a squat. I used to not like the proportion of my legs and booty compared to the rest of my body, but now I am proud of it.
CrossFit = dedication, skill, community, strong, and fast.
