I am CrossFit – Holly T

 

 

My favorite part about CrossFit is you are never finished. In the past 10 months I have lifted more weight and learned new skills, but there is so much more to accomplish! It is a goal oriented fitness sport and the challenges never stop. I love the team atmosphere, the challenge, being coached, and the physical changes I have seen in myself. I am never bored!

I love all the movements. My favorite lift by far is the clean and jerk. My favorite movements are box jumps, handstand push-ups, double unders, pull ups, kettle balls. I actually like the running and sprinting too!

 

When I think of CrossFit I think of: fitness, fun, team-like, challenging, goal-oriented

 

I am proud of what I have learned so far but I would say that I am most proud of handstand push-ups and clean and jerking more than my body weight.

 

The named workouts that I like are Annie, Helen, and Nancy.
