Who doesn’t love brunch, a bridal show, and a trolley ride to start your Sunday?

Over the weekend I was happy to be included in the Behind the Scenes: Wedding Tour 2015 Haymarket-Fauquier, an intimate bridal show that was hosted by Main Street Weddings and Events.

I was at stop one of the bridal show tour at A La Carte Catering in Haymarket, Virginia along with The Flower Cottage.

A La Carte went all out for the couples with a great brunch spread.

My favorite thing about a small, intimate bridal show is the amount of quality time that you get to spend with each couple.  Our stop on the tour was only 40 minutes, but I was able to speak to each and every couple individually and learn a little more about them and their upcoming wedding.

The couples were in all stages of planning with some just getting engaged weeks or months ago to couples who have been engaged for several years!

It was so much fun to get to chat with them, show off my new sample wedding albums, and learn more about their wedding planning.

As part of the bridal show, I offered one lucky couple a complimentary engagement photography session.

Engagement photography sessions are a win-win.  The couple gets a chance to “practice” being in front of the camera before their wedding which reduces their stress level and I get a chance to see how we work together and what the couple likes best.
