When clients contact me to do anniversary sessions or special photo sessions with their significant other “just because” it makes me so happy!

After you get married, but before you have children there are not a whole lot of reasons to have your photos taken, just the two of you and that’s such a shame.  If you’re like me and you’ve been married 10+ years without kids thats a long time to go without a real occaison to take pictures.  This could be why the last time I needed a picture of my husband and I it was an iphone pic from vacation 3 years ago and we are both in swim suits.  That looked great next to the rest of the families nice formal photos…Well, you know what they say about the cobbler’s children and shoes.

Anyway, back to Ben and Alicia.

When Alicia told me that she wanted a photo session with her husband for the holidays I was so excited.  Alicia is such a kind, giving person and it was great to see her kick back and have fun with her husband.

I will look forward to doing more of these in the future!
