How would you describe your blog’s style?
Our blog aims to showcase the many different styles of weddings from all along the east coast. This means from New Hampshire to Florida! New England to the deep south! Therefore, we feature many different types of weddings from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. That being said, there are some constants that we strive to display. We absolutely love weddings that are stylish but quirky and we think those words describe our blog’s style as well.
Who are your brides?
Our brides are young, stylish and crafty. They are inspired by the trends but like to put their own twist on things.
Your perfect submission in 5 words
The thing about a submission that turns me off the fastest is…
…when a photographer tells us which pictures to use! Please allow us to do our job. When you submit a feature to us, that gives us the privilege of putting the photos together the way we like them!
I absolutely swoon when…
We receive a wedding from a bride! We love receiving submissions from brides because in most cases, they worked really hard on the wedding and want to showcase their hard work! Of course, we love receiving submissions from photographers as well, and the majority of our submissions do come from photographers. We especially love when the couple (usually the bride, let’s be honest!) and the photographer work together to package their submission to our blog and our guidelines. We love when the submission comes with a story from the bride. This could be her perspective on the wedding, her inspiration, their love story, anything! Tell us something that makes us connect with your wedding. We love that!
