Be sure to make the most of it by letting all of your fans and followers know about it.
There are lots of options with today’s technology to share the news.
I have an email template that I use to let brides know when their wedding is featured on a wedding inspiration blog. At the bottom of the template I make sure to include a link to forward the message to their friends so that they can share the good news.
Blog
Write a blog post with a link to the feature.
Social Media
Be sure to share the link to your feature on all of your social media outlets – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest – and ask you fans to help you spread the news.
Facebook may be changing how many people see your business posts now, but that doesn’t have to stop you from getting exposure. I like to make a timeline graphic for my bride that advertses her feature and then send it to her as a free gift.
