The Mommy and Me sessions are always a very popular event. If you are a mom, you work tirelessly day in and day out for your kids. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a day to relax, have fun with your children, and get to walk away with some great images? If that sounds good, these mini sessions are for you. Normally a session with me is $250 for a 1 hour session with a $250 minimum order requirement. These mini sessions, however, are only $69 for a 30 minute session with no minimum order requirement. This is a great opportunity to give custom portraiture a try if you have been thinking about booking a session, but just weren’t sure if it was for you.
Sessions take place on location (either in Downtown Manassas on Saturday or at the Manassas Battlefield Park on Sunday) and begin about an hour before sunset. There are sessions available at 6:30, 7, and 7:30pm each day. I hold sessions at this time because that is when the light is best for outdoor portraiture and that gorgeous buttery light will allow me to get the best images for you and your family. There are only 5 SESSIONS LEFT right now, so be sure to reserve your session ASAP.
During your session I will put you and your children in locations or situations and then encourage you to interact with one another. You don’t have to worry about making the kids behave or how you look, your only responsibility while we are there is to have a good time with your family. That is how we will achieve photos of your family that showcase your personalities and relationships in a way that is very natural.
About three weeks after your session you will be invited to my home studio for an ordering appointment where you will have the opportunity to view the images from your session and learn more about the products that are available for purchase. There is no obligation to buy, but most people love their photos so much that they can’t help themselves!
I walk you through the entire process of narrowing down your favorite images and deciding which products will best fit your needs and budget. I am not a hard sell type of person and it is important to me to have products with a range of prices and options to fit most clients needs. Payment plans are also available. If you have any questions about the products my website is loaded with information.
After we order your images prints and wall pieces arrive within 2 weeks while albums can take 4-8 weeks to arrive. Once your products have arrived they are inspected and packaged. I will then let you know that they are ready for pick up at my studio.
