I got an email from my ad rep over at The Knot the other day…The subject of the email was “And the Winners are! Congrats!!!!”  The image above was attached, but there was no text in the body of the email.

I opened it and my first thought was “OMG!!!!!” I started to furiously type social media updates with an over abundance of exclamation points and shouty capitals, but then I started to think, what if this email is just to announce that the winners have been chosen, and not necessarily that I was one of them?

*pause*

Furiously deleting said social media updates.

How embarassing would it be to share the news and then have to come back and say, “Oh, never mind about that.  It actually wasn’t me after all”?

Well, I have good news…IT IS ME!

I got confirmation that Mollie Tobias Photography has indeed been chosen as a Best of Weddings 2013 by The Knot magazine.

A HUGE thank you goes out to all of my wonderful brides who reviewed me online and allowed me to capture their special day.
