After having glasses for more than 10 years, I am going in to have LASIK surgery today.  I won’t deny that it will be nice to be able to see even when I just wake up, but I am still a little worried because, well, it’s MY EYES.  I am sure that once I take my Valium I won’t be so concerned so wish me luck and hopefully I will be seeing you (much more clearly) very soon.  If you have trouble reaching me in the next few days it will be because I just let someone take lasers to my eyeballs, but I promise to get back to you as soon after the New Year as possible.
